Shipping policy

Items are shipped within 2 business days, we do not ship on weekends.

We primarily ship orders via FedEx. However, if another courier (such as DHL or UPS) offers a faster or more efficient delivery option to your destination at the time of shipping, we may choose to use that instead. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Example Shipping Times:

• Mexico: 1-2 business days
• United States & Canada: 2-6 business days
• United Kingdom: 4-7 business days
• Europe: 4-7 business days
• Japan/Korea/China: 4-7 business days
• Other countries: 7+ business days

Please note that these shipping times are estimates and may be subject to delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as customs inspections, inclement weather, holidays or peak seasons.

While our team keeps a close eye on the tracking status of all shipped orders in case of any problems, we encourage our customers to contact us through IG @coldgear or by email at info@cold-gear.com about any tracking related issues. We are committed to resolving any problems promptly.

All international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the buyer’s responsibility. We recommend checking with your local customs office to determine what these additional costs may be before making a purchase.
